Bought for coffee but it did not melt or blend well into my coffee. It would probably blend more smoothly into smoothies. I not eat smoothies so could not test. Not a bad product, just does not meet my needs and cannot return.UPDATE: Updating this review from 1 star to 5 stars for GREAT Customer Service. I simply did not like the product (I'm sure there was nothing technically "wrong" with it, it just was NOT to my taste and did not melt as I had hoped). Vendor contacted me to correct the problem (THANK YOU) and I'm not sure who provided a refund (Perfect Keto or Amazon or BOTH) but had to report exceptional customer service.

I've been consuming BHB's on and off for quite awhile. At first it was hard to gag down but I quickly got used to it and even liked it sometimes.I don't like the fruity ones, I like the chocolate kind and put it in my morning coffee.I'm retired now but when I was working this in my coffee gave me energy when I was adhering to a low carb intermittent fasting diet.I recently decided to do this again because it seems to help with inflammation from arthritis. Again, I put it in my morning coffee.But now that I'm retired I like to enjoy my coffee, it's not like I'm running out the door to go to work. I prefer to enjoy my coffee without these kind of additives.So I tried a new thing I gleaned from the reviews. I put it in some H&H in a small jar the size of a shot glass. I mix it with my little battery powered whisk, adding a little milk until I get the creamy consistency I want.It's really very good like this! BHB's are a valuable supplement that gives me energy and helps to control my appetite.Of all the ones I've tried in the past, I've settled for chocolate, it goes good with coffee, and also with cream. I imagine it would be good with MCT oil if that's a preference.In the past I just had it in the morning but I can make a little keto shot at any time if I need to control my appetite or need a boost of energy

I’ve been buying this product for a while and have always been satisfied. I received my container today and was less than half full. I typically do not write reviews unless I am completely satisfied or in this case completely and utterly disappointed. This is the last time I but this product. There is no indication that the amount in the container has changed. I selected the buy it again feature and assumed it was the exact same product. Shame on me for being trusting. Please beware for this bait and switch. This product is not worth the amount I received. Thank you Perfect Keto for making my decision to look for alternatives that much easier.Update....Wanted to update my review as I have been contacted by Seller in what seems to be their attempt to justify the as “advertised” product. Below is my response and hope they receive my response and review to promote transparency....Here is what I thought I was getting when I selected the “Buy Again” feature. (See attached pic) The product on the right is the product I have been receiving. As you can see the product is not the same and although you may have improved the formula, it is not the same product therefore rendering the “Buy Again” feature inaccurate. There should be a disclosure of sorts indicating the changes to the product. By selecting “Buy Again” feature most people, including myself would expect the same product. A disclosure would alleviate any confusion or dissatisfaction by a customer. Please consider. Also consider changing the actual size of the container. Opening up a container and seeing the container less than half full is a poor marketing strategy and only makes a customer feel as though they have been deceived. I’m not asking for a refund, credit or compensation by any means but being forthcoming goes a long way.

I originally bought Perfect Keto Exogenous Ketones Powder for my mom and set it up on Subscribe & Save, but I forgot to skip the current month when we still had some left. Since it came anyway, I decided to give it a try myself. However, I was disappointed by a couple of things.First, at $45 for a half-month’s worth of servings, the price is just too high for what you get. Even though it’s effective in supporting ketosis and fasting, I can’t justify the cost for such a small quantity.The vanilla flavor was also a letdown. It didn’t taste like vanilla at all—at least not in a way I found enjoyable. My mom actually likes the taste, but I personally didn’t care for it. It’s a bit of a weird flavor to me.Overall, while it may work well for some, I wouldn’t repurchase this product for myself. My mom likes it, so it’s still getting 3 out of 5 stars, but it’s not a product I would recommend based on the value and taste.Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5) – Works, but Price and Taste Are a Concern
