Don't use your blender when charging or run your blender without anything inside. Don't recommend hot liquids over 50 degree which will be easy cause damage or leakage. Charge your blender before your first use. The lights turns red while charging and blue once full charged. Recommend cutting your fruit or other ingredients into small chunks. Always start by adding a liquid such as water or milk. You can blend ice. Make sure your blender with sufficient liquid inside first, and that your cubes aren't too large. Red and blue flashing lights mean your jar isn't aligned with your base. To fix this, the arrow on the jar should line up with the switch on the base. Red flashing lights mean your blender needs to be recharged or that your blades are blocked. Recharge or shake your blender.

Perfect item. Love it!!
I really like this one. It can be used as a water cup conveniently, when I am too lazy to wash another cup, I can use it directly. I tried the apple sorbet with it. It didn't disappoint me because it was so powerful. The seller is very sincere to send a silicon ice tray. Each lattice is small and fits well in a juicer. Also, it’s very easy to clean. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

This juicer is more portable than other juicers, easier to carry around, etc. You can also squeeze fruit juice for breakfast, which is filtered to separate the pulp from the juice easily.It is very suitable for taking travel. Extremely hard to open
Edit customer service was quick to respond to my problems. Great customer service, just wish the blender had work out for me. It is a great idea.Have to blend 4-5 times for a smooth consistency. Also lip is extremely hard to open after blending, have to ask my husband to open it for me each time. Disappointed

Nice gadget at work
Indeed portable size but powerful for one cup smoothie, fits in my desk, and easy to carry, so positive experience

Wanted to love this.
It came yesterday, I will be returning today. I washed the blender by taking it apart as I didn't want to wet the base. Put it back together and charged it for a few hrs. After a few hrs tried pressing the power button and it appears as if it will not hold a charge. Put it to charge over night but still not working
