Don't Buy
This product is horrible and the company is horrible to deal with. I got this for my son's birthday. Within two weeks the truck broke. I ordered a new gear box which i had to pay $16.00 for shipping. I fixed that problem and the other gear box broke and the tire stopped working. I ordered both parts paying $16 again for shipping. They have been out of parts for 2 months now. I have emailed the company three times and called weekly. I keep getting told it will be 2-3weeks before i have the parts. I called yesterday and asked to speak with the supervisor, i was told he was at lunch that he would call be back. GUESS WHAT I never got a call back. My son has had this truck for 4 months and has gotten to use it two weeks. PLEASE don't waste your money on this product.

Monster Headache
I am so disgusted with the company producing these power toys. I purchased this SUV for my grandson and four months later it needed a new gearbox. I contacted the company, and I was told to simply purchase the replacement part online. I did as I was told because, frankly, my grandson loved his "truck" and I wanted to get it back on the road as quickly as possible. I went online and found the part-much more expensive than I expected-so I was only going to buy one. Then I saw that shipping was ridiculously high, so I emailed the company. I waited for a reply-all I wanted was help with shipping-and I am still waiting. Do not purchase anything from these guys-very poor customer service and poor quality product.

two bad gear boxes- waste of money
the suv is only 4 months old, and both rear gear boxes stopped working. i opend up back right gear box and all the teeth on the 2' plastic gear were stripped. i called customer service, a nice guy answered all my questions. however, warranty ends after 3 months. customer service said i neeededto buy 2 gear boxes- $38.50 each plush shipping and handling $16.00 a piece. for a machine that cost $250 plus, it's a waste of money. todd from illinois

Super stinky.
I completely agree with everyone. The gearbox sucks people. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The product sucks, the customer service is a pain in the you-know-what. Save your money and buy a better product.
