The pod for my Type D110 falls down before I can close the lid. I am using the correct pod. Why is that happening and how can I fix it?

We had the same problem once, about three months ago. We emptied the cartridges and cycled the lever six or seven times, after which we visually looked into the inside to find nothing apparent, loaded another pod and had no problem since. We have had our unit for about 2 1/2 years.

we got this esspresso machine which does not include the milk frothing piece. Can I buy one and be able to use it with this machine?

You would need to buy an external frother such as the aeroccino. I ended up purchasing a Breville milk frother which has adjustable temperature settings. Which I like since I like my milk froth hotter than the aeroccino.

Do you have to use pods or can you use ground coffee?

Pods only. Not cheap but the taste is worth it. The coffee is always fresh due to the secure packaging.

I need parts of Nespresso CitiZ D110 Espresso Maker, where can I find?

I am just a satisfied user. For parts, I would try espresso.com or check the label on the bottom of the unit for Company contact information. Lacking any luck, call Amazon's contact number on their website. Good luck!
