It works.
I was surprised when this product worked for my dry eyes. No more runny watery eyes I love this product. It’s cheaper than prescriptions for dry eye.

it helps A LOT
I have tried everything (probably like everyone else here) and no success in reducing my dry eye. When I say "everything" I mean Xiidra, Restasis, Systane (all varieties), Lumify, supplments and even optic steroids. Nothing worked except the steroids, but I could not use them long term. Systane makes a good lubricating eye drop, but I use it CONSTANTLY. So I saw an ad for Capsanthin...and thought, "well, I've tried everything else...it probably won't work...". Hope springs eternal, lol. I actually got modest relief from this in about 8 days (only needed eyedrops before and after sleeping). In two weeks, even better relief (only needed eyedrops AFTER sleeping). And after 3 weeks...I have had 4 days with NO EYEDROP USE AT ALL. WOW WOW WOW. Will it work for everyone? I have no idea. It's kind of pricey for a supplement with a base ingredient of cayenne pepper. Is there a cheaper option? I am looking into that. But meanwhile, I will be ordering more.

Gritty eyes have stopped!
Struggled with dry eyes for years. Eye drops, compresses, hundreds of different mascaras, trying to find something to improve the gritty feel. Nothing has improved my eyes significantly , until I started this supplement almost two weeks ago. I am so happy this works!!! I will continue to use this product.

Hopeful
I have been battling a condition called Sjogrens that effects my eyes and my vision, for about 8 years now. I see specialists regularly and I haven’t responded to treatment(s) such as steroids and prescription eye drops. Out of desperation, I started keeping a good journal to see if food was effecting my symptoms as some days are better than others. When I noticed red peppers helping tremendously, I started to research and that is how I came across Capsanthin. I bought it and started today. I will be back for an update…fingers crossed!

Not for me.
It didn't do anything for me.

Seems to work, but …
While this was taken for 2 weeks and appeared to help against dry eye, it also raised my diastolic blood pressure 10 points- maybe it’s with other supplements. So, have set it aside for now.

Helped My Dry Eyes
This product for me is very effective. I had been taking a highly recommended supplement for my dry eyes, but have switched to this. It is very effective.

I recently get to know with the HTN product line and found their product range very exciting. I had the opportunity to test several products. I really like this green design. Natural. . The product just tested Capsanthin Softgels. This product has an interesting smell. It's awfully big. I have serious problems swallowing. In terms of size, the product still needs a little improvement. Anyway, I recommend. Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful. XO Sue

Its hard to comment on how effective these are since any effect takes time. However I have been taking these for a few weeks now and they are easy to swallow with no problems. I just add them to my daily fitness regime and am not looking back.

Capsanthin supplement can help protect against blue light and is good against eye fatigue. The small bottle is 40g in addition to being gluten-free even though I have been taking the supplement for a week I have not seen results so I will wait a little longer to see if the product is worth it, even though it has a price current £ 19.19 which seems a bit high to me, but if I get good results after a month of using the product I think it might be worth a try. I usually take one capsule a day after a meal with a large glass of water.

Capsanthin is a derivative of paprika, which contains among other things; Vitamin E, lutein and zexaxanthin, which are All ingredients that support eye health by helping to protect the eyes from blue and white light. I already take eye vitamins, but as I want to do the best for my eyes, I'm am happy to include these in my daily supplement regime. Having such beneficial constituents, these Capsanthin capsules are worth taking for the long term.

I have 20/20 vision however sometimes my left eye does have slight blurring when prlonged periods of screen use time is had. I tried to use these and used 1 per day for a whole month since I was very intrigued to see the results. The outcome is.. I have not noticed any difference I am a male. Mid 30s. I have since January had an OLED LG TV to play games on that has helped somewhat and i do not experience eye strain even after a few hours of playing or watching TV The same issue is still present however it has come up a TAD less. I cannot be 100% sure with the experience although, it is better to have a useful substance in my body making SOME difference rather than not. I do not think I would continue with this unless i read some more research to suggest that more time is needed but I cannot find any to confirm this. I do note that some people report really good experiences however mine is neutral on this and maybe my eyesight is too good for this. I do not wear or need glasses and can read licence plates from far away and upclose zero issues.
