I use to get waxed professionally. But after the pandemic and losing my job and now on a very tight budget, I had to figure out other ways. I hate shaving because of razor bumps and how it comes back so quickly. So I came across this and wanted to give it a try and so glad I did. It’s so affordable and honestly so easy if u read directions. It does get a little messy so I just placed a disposable doggie pee pad down and just sat on that. No ruining towels. And it worked great.

I do not review products at random, not unless I’m very dissatisfied to warn other consumers, or I’m very impressed, which in this case I very much am. I don’t understand what the negative reviews are about. These people probably never had Brazilian wax done. Of course it hurts. Let me tell you, as somebody who hurts paying the bill than the actual waxing itself, this product is the bomb! I’m a little skeptical in the beginning because I’m so use to paying astronomical fees for waxing, so how can a cheap jar of wax compare? Stacks up to professional waxing, I’m so happy I found this product. Take a shower, wait for your hooha to dry completely, I waited 10 minutes. Put a thin coat of the included oil, heat the jar in the microwave for a minute. Slather small patches, and do not wait for the wax to harden, it will hurt like a mother. I only waited for about 5-7 seconds until the wax is no longer sticking then pull. Glorious patches of hair will come out and your privates will feel so smooth and hair free. I am very very happy!

I mean, I would put five stars/"I love it" but who loves waxing..? But really, this is a great waxing kit. I've tried many others and have gone through the pain and ripped off the strips to find like 2 hairs pulled. This one is worth the pain, I suppose. Mine came as the little tub which you microwave. (also with some oil, instructions, and application spreaders.) It spreads on pretty thick. It is super effective but also super painful. Like, I felt like dying/crying. But I kept waxing, haha. Once you rip off your hair and go through the hell, it's suppppperrr bare and soft down there and stays that way for pretty long. (this varies with each person, but my hair tends to grow back quickly but I was surprised by how long it took with this wax). I'm not sure how long the lil tub will last, as it spreads on thick. But for a home kit it's worth the money.

I have used this brand of wax since 2009. The first time I found it was at a Fred's. It was the only place i could find it! I faithfully used it every 5 weeks and was IN LOVE with this product. Never had a single issue in all these years. In 2021 I bought a few tubs (per usual) and figured I'd try out the new Brazilian type I'd never seen before, too. Since I had always used it for the Brazilian waxing purpose anyway. Well heating it produced what seemed like burnt wax. A whole tub trash. Second tub I followed instructions verbatim. Same result. Trash. Maybe it's this Brazilian sh. I go heat up the normal kind I always get. Nope. SAME RESULT. TRASH. I have since tried tubs from Sallys Beauty with same trash results. I was a LONGTIME surgi wax consumer and supporter (13 years) and Unfortunately a great product went to sh. Waste of money. Funny thing is I recently found some of the older product (which resulted in the inspiration for me to come share my experience with surgi wax products!!!) I heated it up and USED IT!! WORKED AMAZING LIKE OLD TIMES!! They've used a new formula or something and it's trash.

Very nice and easy to use

I've always admired the thought of having baby smooth skin down there but I also loved my privacy. With going to a professional to have a wax done I started looking at other options. I came across this product and instantly started reading the reviews. I will admit I was a bit terrified for it to be my first time ( The reviews did not help). A couple of things about this product 1. On the scale of pain I would say that it was maybe a 4 after a couple of lines you may or may not become use to it. 2. When heating this product I had to heat it longer than the recommended time. 3. The oil provided is your bestfriend. When I forgot to apply the oil it was not a pretty sight on the scale for pain. 4. I had to constantly reheat the wax to finish and it sometimes clinged to the sides which was extremely difficult to get off. All in all I am satisfied with this being my first time.

Nice product for private parts. Removes unwanted hair efficiently. Only handle of the bottle is too small to handle. But loved the product.

Very effective and easy to use.

First time I tried this Brand. Microwaveable wax is just my preference since I don't want to purchase wax strips, wax heater etc. The wax texture is so important to me. I like wax that's not too thin and sticky because it is hard to remove off from skin and nails. This brand -Surgi Wax is thick which is good for me and slightly sticky and it dries at the right time. Comparing to my Go-To Wax - Nair Pro Kit - Surgi Wax comes with a small bottle of oil where you have to apply it first before putting the wax onto your skin. Whereas the Nair Pro Kit has a small wet towel soaked in oil and you can use it after waxing session. Texture difference, Nair Pro Kit texture is harder when dried whereas Surgi wax is slightly hard and you can still pinch the wax without breaking ONLY on my bikini part. It also smells like a tea and aloe vera. So far this is my second brand favorite - microwaveable wax product in case Nair Pro Kit is not available.

It's positively different from other waxes; its preparation is simple and short, smells alright almost natural, and the end result is the best in all that I've experienced.
