Great machine, lots of hardware issues to begin, very poor Lenovo support.
Bought this at the end of May and it's the best laptop I've owned in years, from functionality to battery life, everything is great - however within a month of owning it, the battery started to have problems and wouldn't charge properly (it took 10-12 hours to get to 80%; and would discharge quickly).Lenovo wouldn't get it fixed properly until August. The Lenovo customer care management refused to send a replacement, instead insisting on sending parts to be replaced by a technician (2-3 hours at a time) AND sending the wrong parts on TWO visits!Once the motherboard was replaced, everything was working fine again and the battery life runs a good 8-10 hours (excel, multiple browser tabs, office apps etc...)If you are OK with the risk of getting a bad unit, it's a good laptop in the end. But if like me you're in the UAE and you receive the terrible Lenovo Middle East 'support' - it's just not worth it.

Faulty product had screen touch issue other than that it was fine.Unfortunately, i had to return it back due to this flaw.

Battery time is just 5hrs
9i battery time is just 5 hrs. Charged 3 time and each time in 2.5hrs the battery came down to 50% that too in battery saver mode. am returning the device. The new device is also the same story with just 6.5 hours. Discharges at rate of 20% in an hour. While the product and Lenovo team claim 16 hours, this is way too low.

All good except useless pen! And sometimes, the screen blink to black that last 2 seconds. But not always
