GTW MACH3 EZGO TXT Golf Cart Rear Flip Seat Kit with Steel Frame | Compatible with 1995 & Up E-Z-GO TXT/Valor/Freedom TXT / T48 Models

This is a great second row for an ezgo golf cart. Installed on a 2015 ezgo txt48 and had no issues with the quality instructions. It fits great, looks great and functions perfectly for our two kids. I did find it helpful to get everything loosely installed before tightening down all of the bolts just to help get everything lined up. You also sit a little higher than the front seats and I would recommend getting heavy duty leaf springs to handle the additional passengers. Great value!

This seat kit was a breeze to install. The color match and design look like the original front seat. It took me about an our to install this seat. Power impact tools help speed up the process. The grandkids enjoy being able to ride with both grandparents.

As others have said, not super clear instructions. The fact that you don't want to tighten bolts til you have it all assembled is true, including getting your canopy top back on first! Also, I had to remove the left side foot pad bolt and lower bracket bolt, [through drilled hole]to get the lower hand rail bolt to go in without a fight. I do recommend that you have help, As it was 4.5 plus hours by my self. And I had to use the 2014 and up bolts on my 1995 ezgo cart, the old bolts are to long for the new brackets

This was easy to install and looks great

Like everything with this seat and being able to fold it down for a utility bed is a plus.

At this price point ($150 over the typical entry level seat) I was expecting a quality product. I liked the design of the seat and flip bed with the rounded corners and plastic cover on the footrest. installation was pretty uneventful, directions were easy to follow. That's the good. Things I didn't like outweigh that. Seems quality control is lacking. The seat foam is too firm and the covers are not tightly wrapped, and have unsightly wrinkles and are loose, I will have to pull the staples and restaple tighter. The assembly bolts have large heads and stick out both physically and aesthetically, they could have used carriage bolts finished in black which would have looked much better as well as not protruding. The flip part seems flimsy and the metal angle part that bolts on to stiffen it seems an afterthought. The seat doesn't lay flat in either position. I will have to disassemble and elongate the pivot bolt holes so that it can without being under stress. The bed part has a small crack in a stress point that is sure to get worse. I can probably make this serviceable but I should not have to spend several hours fixing what are design and quality issues. If I had not already spent a couple hours installing it I would return and buy a cheaper one.

Pictures in installation manual do not show good detail. I had to reverse some brackets which doesn’t work well when using lock nuts. The product is good value and looks good. It appears to be stabile when passengers are on the back the cushions are thick and give you a comfortable seat.
