Q: Are all of these stila eye liner pencils metallic? Just ordered and received the Triggerfish and it was way tooo metallic, any just plain matte?

I ordered black, and it's fine. On one of the sites with Stila pencils you can find a whole listing of the colors and see which ones are metallic and which are not.

Q: How do you get the pencil to advance? I turn mine and nothing seems to happen.

I just put a little upward force into it when I'm turning it and it seems to work, although it's still hard to get much out
