I was extremely happy with this veal. It arrived as promised, and kept for a few days in my fridge.

Didn't cut it with us the First Time so I cooked breaded veal cutlets myself. Then Ummm!
First Review: Tough as leather and tasted more like pork than veal. We followed the Veal Parmesan recipe. My wife's caregiver is a good cook so we were very surprised. We can't imagine what happened because this product has such good reviews.We put the remaining veal in the freezer. Can't imagine what to do with it.Second Review: I don't like giving negative reviews. I decided to cook the veal myself. I made breaded veal cutlets from my wife's mothers old recipe book.
