Perfect monitor stand for my needs . . .
I love this thing. In a few minutes it was set up and being used in my studio. The stand is easy to assemble and install, has a steel base (instead of tempered glass), and has good adjustability with tilt, pivot, and height. For the price, it's hard to beat. And it came with the two necessary hex wrenches. You'll need to provide your own Phillips-head screwdriver.I'm not sure why some folks didn't care for it. It's assembly is almost a no-brainer. I did it without looking at the instructions (which I had left in another building). It locks tight into its various positions and stays put unless you leave it a bit loose. In the photo, it's holding an old monitor vertically, and you can see one of my Adobe Premiere windows—off the main screen but right there when I need it.

No limit to locations for height adjustment
This is a quality, well-built monitor stand and easy to assemble. Most important to me is the flexibility in adjusting the height. While other options offer 4 or 5 fixed settings for adjusting the height, this one allows the height adjustment to be anywhere on the vertical pole. A surprising extra is that there is a holder on the pole to hold the two allen wrenches used to assemble and adjust it. Then, if future adjustments (height, tilt, twirl) are needed, the tools are right there!

No-frills stand with tilt, rotation, and height adjustment
I've owned a previous Vivo dual monitor stand that constantly sagged with my larger (27", 18lb) monitor despite it being well under spec for the weight/size requirements. Since my desk is from IKEA and made of particleboard, I didn't feel comfortable using a clamp stand and didn't want to run the risk of a saggy monitor again. Enter the Vivo (but this time, single monitor). The height adjustment leaves a lot to be desired, as you have to adjust it with an Allen wrench each time. It doesn't look particularly nice. At around 13" wide, it's bigger than my nicer OEM stand and takes up a lot of room. Even at the highest height possible on this stand, it is maybe an inch or two off-center horizontally versus my other monitor at its highest height setting on its OEM stand (so if you have a setup that requires a high placement, this may not work for you). It's also bulky, and not in a particularly pleasing way. And yet, it gets the job done. It holds my 24", 8lb secondary monitor just fine with no sag and I can have it in portrait mode no problem which is all I wanted in my current setup.Overall, this is not the most elegant of solutions and isn't going to be on anyone's pinterest board as far as aesthetics go, but it gets the job done. It's overpriced IMO for what it is, but I would rather use a sturdier, slightly expensive stand than a cheapo one and risk breaking my monitor.PROS+ cheap-ish+ can adjust height (difficult) and tilt/rotation (easy)+ comes in black or white+ cable management is there, though I don't think it does much to tidy up cables tbhCONS- based on past experience with Vivo stands, I don't think this could take a monitor over 10-15lbs without significant sag starting at around 15lbs. for a smaller secondary monitor, this is fine- ugly and takes up a lot of space- height adjustment is a pain to tinker with. if you are mounting a heavier monitor, it will be difficult to make tweaks as you go along

Great stand for a 32" monitor
We replaced a desk mounted monitor arm because it was leaning so badly with the weight of the monitor hanging off of it. This stand though, holds the 32" monitor perfectly fine. With some adjustment, you can rotate the screen around and adjust the height to your desired level. The base is flat and large enough that it doesn't get in the way of things on your desk and also providers great stability for the screen...no more wobbly monitor on the desk. The stand comes with the hardware and tools to put it together and I had it ready to go in just a few minutes.

Best Stand for the Price
Just purchased my second of these stands - I love them! For the price, they cannot be beat. They're very sturdy and hold my 32" curved monitor with ease. Assembly is very simple. Functionality is great. I'm especially pleased with the swivel feature as it is not easy to turn my monitor out of the way when I don't need it. Best yet, I was missing a part in the box with my second stand and I contacted Vivo customer service via the email address on the directions. They emailed me back within an hour or so and a replacement part was on the way later that day.

Very stable, very sturdy, and easy to assemble.
I am using this stand with a 22" monitor and the stand is extremely stable and super sturdy. The base is very large, no doubt so that it can work with much larger monitors than the one I have. I rotated the base 90 degrees so that the large V stand is sidewayrs rather than forward so that it does not get in my way on my desk. The monitor stays in position nicely. I have a dual monitor arrangement with this stand supporting the portrait oriented monitor. When I rotate it down to landscape mode It it high enough that I use the Allen wrench to loosen the clamping bolt so that I can slide the monitor down to the same level as the other monitor. I am thinking i may be a radiator clamp on the post at that lower position or put a short piece of plastic tubing around the post that sits on the base so that the clamp just slides down to that position to simplify the adjustment process that I will be doing from time to time. The stand was very easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. In summary, there is a lot to like about this stand and its sturdy stable design gives me comfort that the monitor is not going to tip or fall.
