So thankful for this product.It arrived absolutely new, shiny and scratchless. Overall product is stainless steel. It's basically easy to use. Or there are tutorials online as well.1)Just rotate the knob on top till enough space for the dough is made.2)Then unscrew the bottom and place the dough (don't stuff the dough till the end, leave just little bit of empty space).3) Place the desired jaali/sieve you want to use, then screw it back tight. And you're done! Press the handle all the way down and make your favorite crispy treats. Can also make noodles, idiyappam. Use your creativity.When the dough is over, repeat the process. To clean it, don't rub too hard. I used dishwasher gel to clean it. Use sponge instead of hard scrubbers. For longevity and smooth functioning, I apply oil/grease to the spring system and the metal rod. Also note, these metal products and many more comes directly from the manufacturing sites mostly, so grease and other dust particles might be present. Wash thoroughly before first use. Nice product. You can prepare many thing by this. But while using you should take care. It's edge's are very sharp so when you use this it ay cause injury to your hand.

Not a quality product... Finishing is not good.... Sides of jalis are sharp and can cut your finger... Amazon must not promote this type of product... I m very disappointed

I received this package a fews days back and started using it. After using my mom felt that the product is very good and handy to use. The steel quality is also very good and i also received a small box with it which contains all different jalis in it. It it very useful as one will not loose any jalis and keep it safe in small box.Worth each and every penny i paid for it. Happy with this product☺️
