At first glance, I thought this cream wouldn't work because it seemed watery in consistency/application, but after trying many different types of hand cream, this has been the only cream that healed my severely cracked and bleeding hands without noticeable allergic reaction. My only wish is that this was an organic product, but other than that, more than happy to repurchase. - SH

I purchased this for a family member with severe eczema/dermatitis on her hands, they were scaly, painful and she could hardly bend her fingers. This cream is amazing. Scent free and doesn’t leave a greasy residue; absorbs quickly. Within a few days she could see and feel the difference. Within three weeks her hands are almost completely healed. Also used on child’s eczema behind the knees and has worked a treat, no more scratching or redness. I would highly recommend this cream.

I love the original Nurse em cream in a tub. Unfortunately, this hand lotion is only ok compared to that. It does help moisturise dry hands, but it leaves a slight sticky feel for a minute. The sticky feel does go after a minute or two, but it’s just not the same feel as the original tub which has a soft, non sticky finish and feels 5x more effective on dry skin and dermatitis from constantly washing hands.Unfortunately I also ordered a large bottle of the blue hand cream, but it was exactly the same as the non fragrance hand cream but with a horrible floral smell!

Have used this along with the fragranced version... Both equally excellent and quickly absorbs. I rely on handcream twice a day and this is without a doubt the best I have found to date!

This cream was exactly as good as the other reviews suggested and really helped nourish my hands, yet it soaks in well and doesn’t feel greasy. Unscented and the smell is fairly neutral, not unpleasant, I bought it unscented as I sometimes get sensitive skin. This cream did not irritate at all. But it is quite expensive!!

nice cream but smells and expensive

This is a fantastic product! During the height of covid, this cream made all the difference. It was so gentle but so effective at stopping the skin on my hands splitting open due to all the alcohol gels and the strengthened hand washes. It does not really have a small, it absorbs into the skin quickly and does not leave an oil base or a tacky feeling. It is very effective for what it does and I am still using it - a little does go a long way!
