This probably the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. It is a bit rich for daytime use on the face, so I just use a tiny bit on damp skin, or a lightweight tinted moisturizer on my face. I use a generous amount at night. I also use it on my body, and the ashy, flaky skin on my lower legs is gone, and my elbows are smooth, soft and no longer dark looking. I’ve struggled with eczema and dry skin my whole life, but this works for me. It does have a slightly sticky/greasy feeling on the skin when applied to dry skin, so I use just a little on damp skin immediately after I get out of the shower. I can’t tolerate feeling of my legs sticking together when I get in bed, so that application method works for me. My face does look more youthful and hydrated since I started using this, it’s better than moisturizers marketed for “mature” skin. There is a barely detectable scent, but no added fragrance. Zero irritation issues for my super sensitive, dry skin. This gets an enthusiastic 5 stars. It seems a little expensive, but when you factor in how much fancy night-time facial moisturizer costs, it easily wins that argument since I will not be buying that anymore.

Don’t normally write reviews - but this deserves every star. I use Tretinoin and struggled for months to find a moisturizer that helped repair and prevent barrier damage and flakiness. I have tried everything (no seriously) and nothing worked. Saw this recommended in a Reddit thread and decided to give it a try. No joke it was magic. Immediately could tell a difference and no longer have flakiness and my skin tolerates the Tret every night. My new holy grail.

This is the BEST moisturizer! The eczema on my hands have been flaring up because of the weather. One hand was starting to look like a baseball mitt. The body butter and oil helped manage the itchiness, but the scaliness and dryness wasn't going away. I double cleansed using the Bioderma shower oil then applied the intensive balm and went to bed. My hand finally looked like mine again when I woke up. I have been using the balm all day today. I can see the difference in my skin. It is healing!

Moisturizing is great along to last forever. The pump is a little bit hard to the ceiling is not the best skin type for very dry and skin protection is wonderful.

I love the material very much. It is excellent for mature skin. I have ordered it many times. I have an important note. I always order 2 products together. The company ties them tightly with duct tape and it arrives at its destination with one of the bottles bursting at the top. and this is very disappointing.

Works well on my son’s atopic skin. It is thicker than most other creams. We save it and use it during flare ups as it works overnight! Definitely worth the cost. Soaks into the skin quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy feeling.

This is the best stuff ever! My skin is very dry and itchy and this was the best decision ever! There is no fragrance, it’s not greasy or heavy. This has made my skin so soft.

My 18 month old had very dry itchy sensitive skin and I thought of giving this product a go but he got very bad red rashes to this product. This is not good for dry itchy skin especially for babies.
