Flavorless and easier to use than capsules. To blend it fast, buy a battery frother to blend it in your cup. I use the IP6 capsules when traveling and this in the house - a quick cup of water and a scoop of IP6 then blend it fast and goes down easy.

Best to take on an empty stomach - its more effective when taken alone.
