After having a less expensive counter for a few years I decided to spend about twice that on a new counter, thinking I would get better results. Oh how wrong I've been. Now the first disclaimer is that while I use this baby to count US bills from time to time, most of the time I use it to count a different currency, so you can take that with a grain of salt.Either way, with all the different currencies I get mixed results. When we just got it we would be depositing money at the bank and realized the count was wrong. We then realized what was happening. The counter works perfectly for perfect bills. If they are a little crushed or folded we will either get an error message or a wrong count.Ever since then we have gotten into the habit of counting 3-4 times each stack just to be sure. Still faster than hand counting but I'm going to go back to my cheap counter. Less trouble, more accurate and much faster.

Easy to use and very useful features. I especially like the "batch" and "add" features. For the price, it is an excellent device.

Not the most intuitive machine to use, but directions are easy to follow along. Wish it would have the ability to sort between bills, but does everything else great.

Works great. I use it for counting receipts at our bingo operation. We take in $3K to $4K each session, and because most of our games pay by a percentage of the income, it is essential we count quickly and accurately. This machine has greatly improved our process. It has been said that buying this is one of the best ideas/decisions we've made lately. Just be aware, it counts bills, but not denominations.
