Wonderful cookbook - very simple directions and great color photographs. I met Luca in Italy taking his cooking class. What a terrific experience. Luca, I love you!

Having just returned from Italy and taken a cooking class with the Author, Luca, I was excited to purchase his cookbook. He believes cooking should be fun and with his authentic Italian recipes, it is. I ordered his book from Amazon while still in Italy, so it would be waiting for me when I returned home.

We met Luca in Florence Italy during a cooking class. What a pleasure to meet and actually able to work with him in his cooking class. He is a world of knowledge and very personable. The book has all his favorites step by step. You will not be disappointed.

Just looking at Luca’s smiling face makes me happy! My husband and I met him though Walkabout Tours in Florence where we made the most amazing pizza and gelato we’ve ever had! So naturally, when we saw he wrote a cookbook, we had to buy it! The recipes are amazing as well as Luca’s tips! Do yourself a favor and buy the book.. then go to Florence and book a cooking experience with Luca! I promise your face will hurt from smiling!

Luca is amazing- if you ever go to Italia- take a cooking class with him (we made pizza together- deliziosa!). In the meantime, grab this book and make some of his recipes. Luca has been doing cooking videos during quarantine times- and they are fabulous! (This book links to those videos.) Luca has a way of making sure you know that it is the heart you put into your food- not the specific ingredients- he tells you good substitutions or alternatives. I got my book today and the pictures are wonderful- makes me long to go back :) The recipes are not complicated- soon you too can be cooking with love.

I have been traveling during the pandemic through food!! THIS cookbook is a huge must have. An authentic Italian who LOVES to cook like me. He is pure genius in the kitchen and cooks authentic to his homeland. He has QR codes for each recipe so you can watch him make it. You really get to know and love his personality. We've tried 3 of his recipes and every bite takes you right back to Tuscany. His recipes are simple with few ingredients but the taste is magnificent. The pictures are perfect and take you on a tour of Italy. Luca you did a phenomenal job doing this!!!!

Luca is an incredible cook and so talented. This cookbook has amazing recipes and QR codes to videos to follow along with Luca while he cooks the recipes! Love it. Highly recommend.

Hello guys is amazing and authentic! The recipes are so easy to follow! Best of all, Luca is a real chef from Tuscany! We had the pleasure of meeting him in a wonderful food tour in Italy pre Covid. Luca is animated and has an energy that is positive and contagious! Love this book! It is a must in the kitchen! A bottle of super Tuscan red wine and one of Lucas amazing recipes and it’s like we are back in Italy! Grazie Luca!

Love this cookbook! Easy to follow and the pictures are incredible. We met Luca while in Italy on a pizza making tour. He was amazing so when we heard he had a cookbook we had to get it.
