The Kempf Inlaid Scroll Coco Doormat was just what we wanted. It fits the space we have for it and the mat has an elegant look. The rubber scrolls are sturdy and allow the porch to show through--almost exactly like the picture of the mat on Amazon.com. We live in the Pacific Northwest and a coco mat like this at the front door is a must, but with the added 'good looks' it is more than just a place to wipe your feet.The mat stays put and cleans up easily. it is obviously well made and should last for years.

Very nice looking mat that works as expected. A heavy rubber frame for the coco keeps the mat in place nicely. Glad I bought it. Update 1 year later: This mat was a great buy. The coir insert still looks new and the rubber bottom is in great shape too. It cleans easily and looks so much better than a generic doormat. Great value for price.

Strong odor of rubber, thinner than other mats, mat pulls apart at the round part of scroll.

This mat was exactly what I've been looking for. It is attractive, large enough to go in front of our front door, and has no messages or "cute" sayings written on it. Most important, it is not too heavy to lift when it gets wet, as our previous mats were. It arrived in perfect condition and is holding up well with daily use.

I ended up returning this item, but only because the rubber scroll work around the edge was continuous with a rubberized backing of the Coco, which is not good for my wooden deck. I was hoping for rubberized scrollwork to keep the mat from slipping, but have the coco center be coco top to bottom, thus allowing the wood deck beneath, to breath, rather than mildew. Otherwise, I really liked the appearance and size of this product and if it is every available without the rubber backing, I will gladly purchase it. The product is well made and attractive.

Gorgeous mat for the front door, and does a great job getting debris off our shoes so we don't track dirt into the house. Pretty hefty and sturdy, which is helpful as it means that it stays in place and doesn't move around.
