I’m sure these are working but man oh man are they tough to get down. It’s like garlic grimes 100 lol. It’s a garlic supplement so I should have expected that. Idk why I thought maybe it would be a little hidden? I try to take them with dinner so that it blends in lol. Wouldn’t recommend taking them without food, you might gag. It leaves a very strong garlic after taste so trust me do it with food. Overall though I love that’s organic and has such a high mg of garlic.

I wanted to wait over a month before giving a review. Right away, I noticed the strong smell and taste when swallowing them. Personally, it does not bother me, and it seems fresh. I do not have trouble with the type of pill, but recommend taking them with enough water, so they do not get stuck on your throat. I have seen good results in the five weeks of taking them, and ordered a second bottle (no discount or anything, it was just upon liking the effects). While it is hard for me to remember to take them twice a day for the maximum benefits, it is worth it. I would encourage people that consistency is key, supplements are not a one time and get automatic results. I worked at Whole Foods in the Health and Beauty Department, and I really do like the quality they use. That is probably the most important aspect to me, as it seems to determine the results the most. It is honestly worth paying more, or the money is just wasted anyway.

I LOVE this product. My husband tolerates it. :) The garlic is really powerful and that means it's really smelly. He says every time I open the bottle, it smells like a pizzeria. That smell insures me that I am receiving a pure product. I take this with my niacin to keep the cholesterol in check and I will continue to buy this product as I see the results when I have my semi-annual blood work.
