Light-weight serum, goes on easily & absorbed quickly + non-irritating to my dry, sensitive skin
I have been using the multi-peptide anti aging serum from this brand and find it very effective in helping me deal with my very dry and dehydrated skin. I like to layer serums so I can customize skin care to what works best for me, and I see that Boost Labs offers various bundled products, so I was interested in trying some of their other serums and creating my own bundle, so to speak. I like that the different serums are shown with a summary of the purported benefit, making it easier to choose the right products. My skin is rather sensitive and I haven't had much luck with Vitamin C products in the past, but I find that if I am careful in how I use them, I can usually minimize any negative effects (namely drying and an increase in roughness). This is a milky white serum that goes on easily and is absorbed quickly. I layer it with the peptide serum I mentioned as well as one containing hyaluronic acid and follow up with a heavy cream as part of my night-time routine. I can't really say I have noticed any change in brightness or in the tone of my skin, but I have only been using this for a couple of weeks. It does seem to be helping to fade a couple of dark spots. I do think the topical application of products containing Vitamin C is more efficacious than previously thought so I think it is worth applying over the long term. It is a co-factor in the synthesis of collagen (the major structural protein in the body) by cells in the skin as well as many other tissues). The serum is packaged in a heavy grey glass bottle with a dropper style delivery system so none is wasted. It arrived boxed and sealed, which is something I definitely look for in skin care products. The current price of $24.95 for one ounce seems reasonable, especially as I don't need to use very much per application.

Gave my skin a healthy glow
BOOST LAB is my new goto for all my skincare serums. I've been using this along with 2 of their other products for the past 2 months and my skin has never looked better. I use this Vitamin C brightening serum in the morning and the evening, along with their multi-peptide anti-aging serum in the morning and their retinol night renewal serum in the evening. It's worked great on my super sensitive and acne prone skin. I haven't had any redness or breakouts, which is amazing. My skin is moisturized, firm and glowing. I can definitely see a reduction in my fine lines and wrinkles. They only use pure, high quality ingredients without any of the yucky fillers, fragrances, sulfates or parabens. They use a combination of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, bisabolol, niacinamide and pure New Zealand water is amazing. I'm not sure what their secret ingredient is that makes these products so amazing. The only thing these products have that others don't is the pure New Zealand water. I need to go to New Zealand and jump into their fountain of youth for my whole body. 🤣🤣 It's extremely easy to use. After you clean your face, just take a few drops and rub it into your skin. It quickly absorbs without leaving behind any stickiness. Once it's dry you can go ahead and apply your moisturizer and makeup on top of it. I always put this on first, so it can completely soak in to give me that super-boost of Vitamin C. The skin will absorb it best and give it better protection from everything in our environment that we have no control over, like damaging free radicals, pollution and smoke. I can't rave enough about how absolutely FABULOUS these products are, especially this Vitamin C serum. Don't waste your time on other products or you'll regret it. This is a high end product without the high end price.

Try This Vitamin "C" Product First
I've tested a number of facial products that claim to promote collegian production over the last 18-months or so. It's only lately, however, that I conducted some on-line research on sites that I think are credible and well-informed about the issue. I've learned that at least according to independent researchers, products that contain either topical or oral collegian haven't been found to absorb into the skin well and are thus not proven to live up to their claims. This research, though, does indicate that vitamin C topicals do have an effect of promoting the skin's promotion of the skins own collegian and its effects is improving skin elasticity and attractiveness. There's much more to be said of this but the bottom line for this review is that this Boost Lab vitamin C serum has impressed me as better than comparable products. It absorbs very quickly, leaving softer and more supple skin as soon as it does. The instructions specify that a moisturizer can applied once its absorbed, but I've found this entirely redundant; the serum itself does the job of a good moisturizer and requires nothing more. A few drops on the fingers is plenty making this one-ounce bottom a bargain. What I like most about this serum is that unlike other C-serums it's unencumbered by lots of miscellaneous ingredients that when investigated have few if any credible therapeutic properties. My relatively brief use of this thus far serum is encouraging. My complexion is brighter and skin issues -- dark spots near the left jaw line -- have improved. It will take some months more to determine this products effect in promoting collegian and it benefits but so far this I'm encouraged with what I see but not yet ready to make definitive claims about this. But armed with what I think are credible expectations based on credible information I'm definitely ready to give it a chance to prove what it can do for collegian promotion and urge others to do so, too.

Very Nice
I got this for my wife to include as part of her morning prep. She uses various makeup items, as well as a moisturizer, and a Retinol product. She has pale skin -- especially in winter -- and she wanted to try this specifically to see if it could brighten her appearance a bit. My wife uses this serum first, let's it soak in, then applies her other products. She says it goes on very smoothly and naturally, and after it has soaked in it leaves no trace on her skin at all. There is no problem adding moisturizer or Retinol after this. My wife really dislikes scented creams, and she is happy that the scent of this serum is minimal. If you get up very close, you can detect a very slight, natural scent. My wife has very sensitive skin, which often prevents her from being able to use certain skin products. It's terrific that this serum is very mild and does not cause any irritation for her. After a week of using this, I see some complexion changes, but it's subtle. Perhaps it needs more time for stronger results. The ingredients look terrific, so my wife has no problem continuing to use it. Overall, this is a very nice product. There's some question about how much change it's actually making, but I recommend it.

Dries out the skin...
This product dries out the skin very quickly. My wife had to use moisturizer (and good moisturizer at that) immediately afterwards, or it would significantly dry out the skin. After that punishment, she didn't notice any results, except dry and crusting skin. The scent is unpleasant, but it doesn't linger. I'm honestly very disappointed. Even if this did something useful, $25 for such a tiny amount is a waste.

Week in and I'm seeing results
BOOST LAB Vitamin C Brightening Serum – For Radiant Skin – Evens Skin Tone, Clear Dark Spots - Simple, Pure & Potent - Paraben Free, Sulphate Free, Fragrance Free - 30 ml/ 1oz. This product is supposed to provide firmer skin, protects from redness and inflamed skin caused UV, pollution and acne and gives you more even skin tone which helps to diminish dark spots. You might ask… how does it do that? It has vitamin E that works with vitamin C as an antioxidant and moisturizes your skin. Bisabolol also has an anti-inflammatory property and helps to fight a host of skin problems, calms the skin and helps with sunburn and redness. Niacinamide Vitamin B3 helps with blemish and acne control, protects from UV premature ageing of skin, reduces appearance of wrinkles and lines. It moisturizes and improves skin elasticity and uneven skin tone. Boy that’s a lot huh! This is what I know… I have very sensitive skin and most products make my skin rash but this one did not. I’ve been using it for about a week now and I have found my skin to be smooth and brighter. I was also very surprised to see that my fine lines are also looking smoother, and my skin is brighter if that make sense. I would recommend this to a friend.

Expensive but good quality, gentle, non-fragranced and good for people with sensitivities
This one ounce bottle of vitamin C brightening serum definitely evens your skin and makes it look more healthy. I use on my face after cleaning once I wake up and then at night just before going to sleep. You need to use it for 1-2 weeks daily before you notice a difference. This comes with a glass dropper. The serum is a thick gel that is semi opaque. I like that it sticks to your face and does not drip off you face like the watery serums. It appears more gentle on your face that other serums I have used. But as it has an acid it should not be used on any open/cut surfaces. It also does not have any fragrance so it is good for folks who have allergies or are sensitive to scents. The only draw back is that it is ~ 30% more expensive than other serums on the market.

Absorbs Nicely, Hydrates My Skin, Reasonably Priced
So far I'm liking this Vitamin C serum from Boost Labs. When it comes to skin care I like to keep things fairly simple. Presently my routine consists of a good cleanser, retinol, moisturizer, and now this vitamin C serum by Boost Lab. After cleansing my face, I apply a few drops of this serum before applying my moisturizer. I find it absorbs nicely without leaving a tacky residue behind. This formulation seems to be agreeing with my skin as I'm having no negative interactions. My skin feels hydrated after using. I also like that's there is no noticeable scent. I'm new to using Vitamin C serum but am optimistic that in time it will help brighten my complexion and even out my skin tone. The price of this serum is most reasonable compared to other brands on the market. It's an affordable serum and a good place to start if you want to see if Vitamin C serum is a product that's right for you. As far as results, it's still too soon to comment on any noticeable improvement. As with any product, consistent use over time is needed before one can appreciate the benefits. I posted some photos to give you a closer look and hope that they, along with my thoughts, helps you out a bit with your choice. Thank you.
