I got this in one day, which never happens from Amazon since Covid hit. There is no pressure adhesive but I mounted to the inside of a cabinet door with 3M double sided exterior foam tape. My cabinet hold my NAS and the sound of the hard drives thrashing drove me batty. The center panel of my cabinet door is 1/4" plywood and my thought was that I could get some sound insulation using MLV. It works!

Didn't smell bad like other products. Very sturdy (and heavy). Worked great for a pad in front of my metal lathe!

Pretty amazed by this. I put a layer between my speakers and their risers (Klipsch Cornwall IIs) and under my subwoofer and it solved like 80% of the issues I was having with muddy bass. Way cheaper and lower profile than fancy audiophile speaker feet, too!
