La cera emulsionante è molto buona (l'ho già usata in passato e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto) ma il fornitore Mystic Moments ha offerto un sevizio pessimo: il 24 settembre ho ordinato (e pagato) 500 gr. di cera, il 5 Ottobre ho ricevuto solo 100 gr. del prodotto. Ho immediatamente richiesto spiegazioni e via email mi hanno garantito che sarebbe stato subito rispedita la quantità mancante. Ad oggi, 31 Ottobre, non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, non ho avuto indietrio i soldi e quando ho richiesto un numero di spedizione per fare un tracking mi hanno semplicemente risposto di aspettare che prima o poi il prodotto sarebbe arrivato. Sconsiglio fortemente questo fornitorea chiunque!
