The Zwilling knife holder has been a revelation for my drawer storage. It seamlessly fit into my existing plastic cutlery insert, optimizing storage space without a hitch. While some of my older knives did shift forward onto the second tier, creating minor hiccups with drawer opening, it's been flawless with my premium professional knives, especially those with knife rests. In terms of stability and quality, this holder shines. It's prevented those unintentional nicks when reaching blindly into the drawer and undoubtedly adds value for money. I'm particularly fond of how it's designed to accommodate any knife, unlike fixed knife blocks. This flexibility lets me expand my collection at my leisure. In hindsight, it's been a very wise purchase and I couldn't recommend it more for amateur chefs out there!

This is a brilliant item that does exactly what I needed—it securely holds my knives, keeping them sharp and safely tucked away in a drawer. This is particularly great for keeping knives off the worktop, out of reach of little hands, which gives me peace of mind. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the knives are so sharp they left a small nick in the wood. It’s a minor issue, though, and doesn’t detract from the overall functionality. All in all, it’s a fantastic solution for knife storage—keeps them safe, sharp, and out of sight. Highly recommend it!

Really nice knife holder. I did already have one but this one can hold twice the number of knives in the same space. As luck will have it the block fits exactly into my divided drawer box.

Works well as intended. Perfect for for the draw. Obviously all knives are not created equal so some gapsbget harder to fill because of different finishing on the knife. Great product sturdy

A very nice knife holder. I made a small amendment so that this accepts deeper knives. See photos. Some reviews had mentioned that some larger deep bladed knives stick up, which they do. This holder seemed to be the only quality one that I could find that would precisely fit our utensils drawer. I knew I could solve the problem and I used my drill with a countersink bit to make space for the handle butt and it worked perfectly and the knives balance fitting the holder flush. I have only needed to do this for two of my knives. It would be nice if this feature was professionally done in the factory as it would look good and make the holder much more versatile and useful to more customers.

Tucked away nicely into a shallow cutlery drawer. Very solid and looks the part. I've had a set of Global knives for many years that were always let down by the plastic block they came with. This holds the whole set in place nicely and makes them look a lot smarter. I've spent my whole life seeing knife blocks on worktops and assuming there was no other way to do it. Now I have them nicely stored in the cutlery drawer I've realised how much nicer it is removing worktop clutter.

Very handy piece of kit, stores all knives safely in the drawer out of sight. I used to wrap the sharp knives in an empty cardboard roll so this is now so organised, looks good and much easier to see and use, good price also

Ich habe den Messerhalter von Zwilling vor knapp vier Jahren gekauft, weil ich meine Messer sicher und übersichtlich in der Schublade verstauen wollte. Da ich keinen Messerblock auf dem Küchentresen stehen haben wollte, war die Messeraufbewahrung in der Schublade für mich die ideale Lösung. Zugegebenermaßen war ich am Anfang etwas skeptisch, ob das Buchenholz tatsächlich so schön aussieht wie auf den Produktbildern – schließlich handelt es sich um ein Naturprodukt, bei dem man nie genau weiß, wie die Maserung ausfällt. Gerade deshalb war ich positiv überrascht: Der Messerhalter sieht genauso aus wie auf den Produktfotos und auch der Farbton des Holzes entspricht genau den Abbildungen. Wie ich es von Zwilling kenne, ist die Verarbeitung einwandfrei: keine scharfen Kanten und keine unsauberen Stellen. Die Oberfläche ist glatt und hochwertig verarbeitet. Bis heute haben sich auch keine Risse oder Veränderungen im Holz gezeigt. Sehr gut gefällt mir außerdem, dass der Messerhalter relativ schwer ist und dadurch nicht in der Schublade verrutscht. Der Halter bietet Platz für sechs größere und sechs kleinere Messer. Alle Messer sitzen fest in den Schlitzen. Sie wackeln oder klappern nicht und rutschen auch beim Öffnen und Schließen der Schublade nicht heraus. Da die Klingen voneinander getrennt liegen, besteht keine Verletzungsgefahr und die Schneiden bleiben dauerhaft geschützt. Ich finde auch die Größe des Messerhalters ideal: Er passt problemlos auch in kleinere Schubladen. In meiner Schublade bleibt sogar noch genügend Platz, um weitere Küchenutensilien daneben zu verstauen. Seitdem sieht meine Schublade deutlich ordentlicher aus. FAZIT: Ein sehr hochwertiger, schöner und langlebiger Messerhalter. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.
