Love it!
Bought new cookware, all from Tramontina. I love this enameled cookware. I’ve cooked many different things and comes out clean and cooks my food evenly and great for anything to be stewed. Came with little plastic clips to keep stoneware from chipping at the edges for storage which I use religiously. Has keep the cookware in Rio top shape and looking great.

Nice
This is actually a second pan, I use the first a lot as a skillet, braiser, and baker. When I saw it now listed for under $50, I decided to get a second. Tramontina makes excellent enameled cast iron. I have multiple pieces and they compare very well to the two much more expensive pieces of LeCreuset that I own. And I love the blue color.

Long term review
I've been using this Dutch about once a week on average over the past 4.5 years. I bought the 7qt one in July 2021. It's held up incredibly well, just some expected staining on the white enamel. There's a few chips along the top rim from some careless metal spoon banging, so don't do that. Perfect for chili, soups, stews, and sourdough.

Beautiful, versatile and great quality for the price
I took a very long time looking for just the right Dutch oven and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. I just love the color which complements my kitchen. The first time using it I cooked a batch of vegetable soup. It turned out perfect. I purchased the 7qt because I have a 5 qt non enameled oven and it just wasn’t big enough for most of my recipes. It was super easy to clean as well. It also came with the plastic rim protectors so the lid doesn’t bang up against the enamel and chip it. If you are careful when cleaning and only use the correct utensils in it, you will have a beautiful and versatile piece of cookware for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this oven to anyone who is still contemplating buying one for the first time as well as any seasoned cooks. You won’t be disappointed. I can’t wait to make something else in it.

My New Sunday Sauce Pot
What a great pot and at a fraction of the cost of the 'Le' expensive name brand. It is a fantastic pasta sauce pot. I sautéed my pork and beef bones with a bit of olive oil and took out. Added my onions and garlic until translucent. The fond (good bits on the bottom of the pot from sautéeing) that this pot makes is awesome. So much nicer than my stainless steel. I've also fried my meatballs with pignoli nuts and the oil stayed consistent temperature. It is rather heavy, but I expected it (being cast iron and ceramic). I'll post an update about the long term use. This one's a keeper folks, don't hesitate to buy.
