This is an excellent Hot Air rework station for the money. I use mine daily in repair of electronic devices. Has never let me down. Easy to adjust for TEMP and AIRFLOW. Small footprint that sits on my work bench easily.

Received defect product, unfortunately I did not take video when I was opening now they are saying they can't return. Worst service

unfortunately i received it before 4 days ago, the problem is the voltage rate isn't compatible with item description, the voltage rate in the country which i already resident is V:220 VAC, F:60 Hz, i received the item with voltage rate of V:110 VAC F: 60 Hz.
