Works perfectly!!
I have bought many different brands of powered jacks and most are junk even the more expensive ones! This brand has delivered both times I’ve bought them and will purchase from them again.

DOA!! Test yours before removing your old jack.
I had to cut the foot off of my old crank jack because it was bent, which was part of the reason I was buying this electric jack. So I removed my old jack and installed this electric jack, plugged it into the truck and it didn't work. I had the truck on and the truck lights on like the instructions said, so didn't work. I tested the light on the jack, it would come on for half a second then go out. Obviously it wasn't wired correctly. I wish I would have tested it before I removed my old one because after cutting the old one it was too short to go back on the trailer. I had to put my trailer on blocks until my new electric jack arrived (which works great, Uriah 5000 highly recommend).

Super jack for the money....
Great jack!! No more cranking....works better when attached to a battery though, kept blowing the fuse in my truck....actually has more power now!!

Game changer
My husband has breathing issues. The use of the manual jack that came on his car hauler took alot out of him especially in the hot Louisiana summer months. I ordered this for him and it has been just what he needed. It is easy enough to install, simple to use and has been a game changer. It is a little slow, but beats using the manual jack. He is very happy with the purchase and highly recommends it.

wired incorrectly
Mine came wired incorrectly. The ground wire was wired to the tail lights and the power wire was wired to the ground should have been. My plug on my GMC truck was factory wired. It is correct and coincides with every wiring diagram on the internet. Their plug was wired wrong!! it instantly blew the fuse and IK had to sort it out and rewire it correctly to the auxiliary power prong( which has enough amps to service the jack) and the ground. Now it works correctly.

Delivered and Returned the same day
The unit was delivered at 2pm on Wednesday, installed by 5pm, removed by 6pm. It did not work out of the box. The motor hums, but no movement. The LED lights flicker, do not stay on. I checked and verified the connection, this unit is junk. DO NOT BUY IT..............

Great jack
I love having an electric jack, and the option of a manual jack in 1.

unfortunately I bought this jack at the end of last year, but just got around to putting it on my trailer last night...due to Covid-19 , campsites are now just slowly opening up, so had no desire to install it until now....after the installation , the lights lit up, the jack went up about 1 inch and then it went dead (my trailer weighs less than 2000 lbs.)....turns out it blew a fuse on my truck...easy fix right ? ...nope. I replaced the fuse on my truck and it still wouldn't work...i tried taking the "bubble" off to use the emergency crank, and one of the screws was stripped so that failed... so needless to say i took the jack off the trailer and put the old one back on.... so now its too late to return or exchange ...and I was so excited to finally get to use it. Sigh .................................................... .....EDIT My son took the jack apart....there was a wire loose to the motor .... plus he changed the #4 pin (charge from lights) to the #7 pin on the adapter..it charges the battery so more amps to the jack. I'm not sure if he was able to remove the stripped screw. So I'm excited to get my jack back for next years camping trips

I changed the (supplied) 7 way plug wiring to pull power from my Auxiliary Power terminal (direct through a fuse from the battery). Black wire to AUX yellow wire to the Ground terminal in the plug. I really like the idea of using the vehicle battery rather than the trailer battery. Thanks to John H for the tip.

Just got the chance to install it but it didn't work.. What can I do with it now. No power is going through. No light comes on.
