I have been using this for a long long time and I loved it despite the floss being a bit weak. Now they seem to have changed the material as well as they have increased thickness of the floss thread. The increased thickness doesn't let the thread clean the hard to reach pockets between the teeths. Also, now it takes extra efforts to get through the teeths because of that increased thickness. I would say their product design team deserves to be fired because of this. The thread was already too thick as compared to the other brands like Colgate and they have increased the thickness further. It is useless now. I would recommend Colgate or Oral B. These flosses are thin enough to reach the tiniest pockets between the teeths, giving you the best protection and they glide easily between the teeths.

I'd return this item right away if it was returnable. This one is horrid, especially considering it's priced well. Thin thread that isn't smooth and gets stubbornly stuck between (wisdom) tooth - if you pull it feels like it's going to break, feels rather scary. I've not had this kind of experience with any other brand, have used dental floss products across US, Canada, UK and other brands in India and this is the worst. Beware.

Compared to products from oral B and Colgate, this product is mediocre. The quality of the thread is not up to the mark, and gets impacted between teeth often, extracting becomes painful. The reel also rolls a bit erratically.
