Bought these for some smoked old fashioneds. Had great flavor, not too overpowering. Also used it to smoke a small amount of salmon and it tasted great. Burns well and evenly. Smell was pleasant and it was a good quantity for the price.

The shavings aren't all uniform. I have a couple of toothpicks in it. The smoke is light in flavor but it adds depth to the old fashioned. 4 stars overall.

Bourbon smoke chips added excellent smoke flavor to the drink.

The whiskey barrel Oak is amazing. I also purchased the Cherry Tempest and Bourbon Resurrection. The last two were horrible (ended up, throwing those away). But I will be buying the whiskey barrel Oak again.

The peat and oak barrel mix is very nice - i tried with a high rye and was very pleased.

The chips are great and burn really quick but it makes a great tasting smoke flavor. Makes my whiskey taste so good.

10/10 Would like the merchant to offer more variety such wood chips from many other ex-spirit barrels, ex-beer barrels, etc etc
