Didn't Work with my Style Toilet
A friend of mine had one of these and it did a good job so I bought it. My toilet has a very large lip on the back side so you can't get the cleaning balls under the flushing water much.

This product is successfully used in the toilets in our home keeping the bowls clean for a longer period of time. Yes we still scrub the toilet bowls. We have a water softener due to living in a hard water area which eventually causes a ring in the toilet bowl; however, this product keeps the bowls clean longer. Once it is hung on the rim of the toilet bowl there is no strong odor. I have recommended it to others and continue to buy because I like the results.

Didn't see a difference
I have well water and I thought this might help with the smell and stains. I really didn't see or smell any difference so I won't be buying them anymore. When you first use they smell nice but doesn't take long for that to dissipate.
