I need to UPDATE my review. I apologize and ask you to please disregard my previous review. The birds didn't come because it wasn't their nesting time!!! I am watching a chickadee right now taking pieces of the nesting material and preparing her nest up in the nearby palm tree. I think I have a pair of Eastern Bluebirds preparing their nest in the birdhouse. I apologize for my total lack of knowledge of nesting cycles. I am new to having a birdhouse and all that entails. These are really lovely I have two hanging nearby the birdhouse. It is adorable to watch these tiny birds pull the material out and fly off with it in their beak. I have given a 5-star rating. Again, apologies for my ignorance.

We keep a feeder out all year round and this season I decided to put one of these nesting balls across from it. Shortly after hanging it up a soon-to-be momma hummer started building a nest very close by! Had the joy to witness a successful nesting by her, she always takes from it to top off her nest so she must really love these. Many more female hummers are coming by as well taking from it!

Not sure they will.last longer than that, but we will see. The material used in the ball I'm not sure about it seems like polyester you get in stuffed animals and I am not silure that's what birds want, but we shall see. No activity yet and it's been almost a week.

I love this because it’s just the thing to help my bluebirds get busy making their nests.Every year bluebirds come back to my backyard and my bird houses to lay their eggs.This product with the cotton makes it easier for them.

I love that the soft nesting material can be easily accessed by all types of birds, and that the birds can alight on the surrounding orb to pull the nesting material out a little at a time.

NIce little grapevine balls, but birds never used them. Pricing would be "okay" if the product was actually utilised as described. Too costly to me when did not perform as expected. Did not return as it was beyond the 30 days (birds still have not used them and it's been nearly two years). Will probably upcycle this for some decorative project.

I just love these things. I purchased one once a few years back from an alpaca farmer at a craft show, and I gave it away as a gift. These are staying with me.

The media could not be loaded.  I've had hummingbird feeders hanging in the yard for years and only had one or two hummingbirds use them. I purchased these Globes of nesting material, and I found three hummingbird nests in different places that had two eggs in them, and we watched the mother hummingbird take care of the babies until old enough to fly away. It was an awesome sight to watch! We now have lots of hummingbirds using the feeders! Today I noticed another larger bird taking out some nesting material several times. I think it is a finch. I included a video. Before I put out the Globes with nesting material, I made the holes larger and loosened up the cotton pulling some out each hole to make it easier for the birds the pull out the nesting material. It seemed too tight bundled up inside the Globes, and the bird was struggling to get it out. I'm so glad I discovered these Globes full of nesting material. They have enriched my life and bird watching so much!!
