Perfect for Toddler
I purchased this hat for my daughter's Halloween costume. It's so stinking cute and exactly what I was hoping for! I really like that won't have to try to get her to wear goggles since they are printed on the hat. I would like to add this would not fit an older child. She is almost 18 months old and it's a little big but not a terrible fit.
