JUKIDDL-8000A Direct-drive, Lockstitch USB Voice Thread Trimmer, Table

Ok I don’t know if it’s the first time these girls are dealing with these machines, I personally have and own 5 , 8700 Juki industrial machines and I have a 9000c self trimmer as well which is the same system of the 8000 juki also have 5 thread juki sergers , any juki there’s also many you tube videos available on how to use, but I also repair my own , I,m sorry these girls are going to such a disappointment with a great machine , no I’m not affiliated with juki I’ve just been sewing for over 47 yrs. But if there’s anything I can help you girls, just reach out, learn your machine and you won’t want to use anything else, I even got my daughter a at the age of 10 yrs a 8700 with servo motor she learn to sew on it ,Thank youJulitza Creations

I ordered 2 machines JUKI DD8700 the first one i sent back and have not got my refund and I tried to communication with them I had no respond. I sent the first one and kept the second one. The one I kept is not working keep giving errors.At this point my business cost me almost 15k and trying to make my machine work and it does not and there is no catalog with machine or operation manual. need help

Requires assembly and did not come with instructions. The machine didn’t fit into the table correctly. The company is difficult to contact and emails are not helpful.It does run on regular 110 or 220 electricity so we need to return for exchange. They sent a shipping label but did not specify what parts we need to return. Just the machine or both machine and table.
