I'm always a little hesitant when it comes to supplements claiming things about making my skin or hair better, but I also know that there are certain vitamins/minerals that contribute to skin and hair health so I wanted to try these supplements out to see how they worked. I have some red marks around my cheeks from old acne scars that I've struggled for years to fade and I've tried a bunch of retinol and other chemical topicals to address it. I've been taking these supplements for a week and I don't notice too much with the spots themselves, but my skin does seem a little healthier and bouncier. At the very least, I haven't noticed anything bad, so hopefully things continue to improve!

I recently turned the big 5-0 and am looking for some improvements...especially to my face. Growing up in California, my skin is sun damaged with some spots, my fine lines are turning into straight-up wrinkles, I'm getting more and more texture to my skin, and I still get little pimple break-outs, so that's great. The ingredients in this supplement are really good. I'm especially excited about the melon fruit concentrate and grape seed extract, not to forget the dose of vitamin A to hopefully get these wrinkles to look a bit... blurred. The supplement capsules come in a nice dark amber glass bottle that is sealed on top with cotton inside. The bottle is about half full, with the top half cotton for shipping. The capsules are not gelatin, so that's a huge plus for me since I'm vegetarian. They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I am just starting to take these, but am hoping for some good results in a month.

Used for 2 weeks, didnt feel different on my skin...Seems like a month worth supply is needed to see results. For me, i dont like that idea.2/5 stars
