Overall performance is very good

good heater specially for people who were rush to their works.

I was little hassitating to purchase this brand geyser, as all well known brand was tranding on the top, then I make my mind and go with this brand. I was shocked that heating is fast campare to AO Smith as well as no noise while heating water like AO Smith and other brand . I just want to say guys SUPERB geyser at under rs.7500. Happy with this product and regret on buying AO SMITH as I have spend rs. 10,000 for same features.

I am using Venus geysers for last 25yrs bought this one again for 2nd bathroom.

The media could not be loaded.  Had a bad experience due to delayed delivery otherwise the product is good and installed successfully

Not sure if it was my luck or the product. I had purchased 2 6 litres tanks and both turned out to be defective. One was broken inside. So when my technician opened the box the tank was making rattling noise from inside.The second one had a huge dent on the body.On calling the customer care they appeared very helpful however did not want to give me a replacement for obvious reasons. By that time the price had escalated and they did not want to be on the loosing side. So without any option left I opted for refund and that too would take more than 2 business weeks.Well all did not end here. The guy who came to pick up the damaged products started blaming me for the damage. So called the CC again. This time they help me and atlast it was picked up for refund.Never before did I have such an experience with Amazon or their products.Hope the authorities read my review and action, so that in future no other customer goes through this kind of ordeal.
