Great pillow. The best pillow. Seriously. And I'm saying this objectively. I don't love it or anything, it's a pillow. But it's a great pillow.I'm something of a pillow hugger. I crush them to death until they go flat and deflate to the point I may as well just be sleeping on the pillow case. The average pillow goes flat on me within 6-8 weeks. But not this one. It seems it can't go flat. I've crushed and pulverized it until it "looked" flat (though flat for this pillow is still more than twice as full as any other I've flattened), but fluffing and shaking it a bit loosens up the memory foam inside and it just poofs back up to full. It's great.I bought one for my wife as well. She likes it as much as I do, though it was actually so full she had to pull out some of the memory foam to make it confortable for her (as she's not a pillow crusher like me, she sleeps like a normal human, I guess).So yeah. This is a huge, incredibly full pillow with adjustable fill to fit just about anyone's needs. At first, I hated it. This pillow was too firm. I have spent a week making adjustments and have finally found the perfect pillow. As a side sleeper who likes to keep it cool, I was looking for something to support my head and neck while maintaining a comfortable temperature. This pillow is the ticket! Do take the time to make adjustments to find your perfect level of firmness and you will be pleasantly surprised.Smell: I did not find this pillow to have an odor upon removal from the packaging, however, I did let it fluff up overnight before using, so that may have helped to dissipate any odors.

I have been suffering from a stiff neck with knots for over two weeks. I've been using Icy Hot, Biofreeze, a heating pad, massaging it and sleeping with two different pillows. Nothing helped. After sleeping on the pillow one night, I realized the next afternoon the knots in my neck were gone. I was shocked and extremely pleased. The company's customer service is also great. I received an e-mail with instructions on how to fluff my pillow the night before it was delivered. I also received a follow up e-mail two days later making sure that I received my pillow, details on how to contact the company if I have any questions, and a warm thank you for my purchase.

Everyone has their own taste in pillows and their own personal needs with the feel of them. My husband sleeps on his back , likes a firm yet soft feel to his pillow. I sleep on my side, like firm yet squishy, so my neck, and head can be cradled. I bought one of these pillows a piece for my husband and myself. I can say we are pleased with the purchase. The pillow fits both our needs. The first time in thirty years of marriage we have had matching pillows. The pillows arrive in a vacuum packed bag, rolled very tight. I took them out of the bag laid the very flat pillows on bed for about four hours just like the directions say. They puffed up nicely.I expected the foam to have a smell the description speaks of. Very faint to none in my opinion. I did stick them one and a time in dryer for about fifteen minutes with a dryer sheet. That warmed the foam, fluffed it nicely, and gave it a fresh clean smell. It put the final touch on what is a perfect pillow in our opinion. I like the fact that it has an inner zipper to take out foam for your personal needs. We haven't had to so far, but the option is there if need be. My husbands snoring was out of control, but since sleeping on this pillow it has improved so much. These are the pros of the pillow for us. As for cons there are none for my husband and I. I'm sure not everyone will be as satisfied as us because of different preferences. As for us these pillows are the best investment for sleep that we have ever made, and the cost is very affordable compared to others. I hope others get as much comfort from these that we are.

I was very close to returning this pillow, and to be honest laziness is a large part of why I didn't. It is very heavy and comes super full, which is fine because you can empty fill out of it. Of course when you do that now it gets a little too flat, so you have to puff it up in the dryer. This may get you to desired bounce, but doesn't last long. I find it really needs to be fluffed up every few days, at least once a week, to stay roughly where you want it. This is annoying.Additionally, the fill in this pillow can lead to some awkward little lumps because it isn't uniform. When I opened it up to empty some out, I found randomly cut scraps and strips of 3 or more types of foam in some weird shapes, and some of it was kind of hard. Not what I expected. It looked like it was sourced from the garbage pile at a factory where other foam products are made, although that's just my impression. I was surprised that the pieces weren't cut more uniformly and of a more similar consistency.As for the sleep, I would say overall it is worse than my down pillow, which I put away because I thought I was allergic to it. Stomach sleepers like myself are less likely to enjoy this because its a lot more firm than I expected. You can adjust firmness via taking out fill, but then it becomes flat and requires fluffing frequently. I haven't tried other shredded foam pillows, but I wasn't super impressed with this one. That said, I'm still sleeping on it. Laziness FTW.

DO NOT BUY!- The awful smell took a month to go away not a week or two. And, it is a horrible smell!- Even though it is adjustable the stuffing shifts. Meaning: even if you get it to the right thickness you have to re-fluff every time you roll over.- It feels like a brick. The foam has no softness once it settles it actually feels hard like someone wrapped a brick in a little foam.Just avoid this at all cost. I have used many shredded memory foam pillows this is a bad one. After 5 weeks of trying to get used to it because of the good reviews I gave up and am now looking for another new one.
