These are great for falling asleep fast!
I don’t like sleeping pills but these sleep aids are great. They help you fall asleep fairly fast. I take double recommended dose to fall asleep faster. Within an hour to two hours.

Take two and wake up energized.
I’m into my 3rd bottle. I’ve always had trouble putting my phone down and going to sleep. Lucky for me I found this product in my brothers truck and took it without telling him. I know he also suffers trying to get sleep. After trying many different products this is the one. I experimented on the dosage that I needed from one to 4 gummies. Also depends if it’s the weekend and I want more sleep I’ll take more. For my normal routine I take 2 and get anywhere from 4 to 6 six hours of sleep and wake up energized. I’m a contractor and sometimes I drive over a hour to work and I feel good on the way, no grogginess. I sometimes don’t even stop to get coffee or a drink till I’m close to the job site. As soon as I get to the job site I jump out of the truck and roll out tools. FYI 90%of tradesmen sit in there cars drinking coffee for about 20 minutes before starting any work. I also noticed before starting to take this product I would nap during lunch time for 15-20min and now that habit is gone. The gummies also put you to sleep very fast no matter what. My eyes just start feeling heavy in 10-15min and then you’re knocked out. I hope this review helps people. To the people that say this don’t work, just keep looking for different products and yours will come.

Tastes great, sleep well
My husband bought these for me because I've been having trouble sleeping. I was skeptical, but it works. I have never taken the full dose of 2 gummies. I usually take a half a night and maybe the other half if I'm still up later. Both flavors taste amazing too

Questionable vendor
I contacted UNISOM and asked about the bottles not having a lot/batch number or an expiration date on facebook. They advised me to not use it and toss/destroy them.

Good product
Good product. It really makes you sleepy. However the driver put the package in a chair in my carport instead of on my planting table like I asked and my dog chewed it up.

Difficult to take regularly due to flavor...
Bad flavor, I don't sleep well so I can't blame the product harshly on anything else(:

Not for me
I have the most vivid, disturbing dreams ever taking this product. It doesn’t help me get to sleep any quicker than without. I really wanted to like this, but i guess it’s just not for me.
