What size should i buy my 14 month old

My purchase was size 6-9months but was a new born baby gift so cannot comment on fit, but looked true to size and very good quality, sorry can't be more helpful !

What type of lining is there? Will it keep baby warm in colder water or is it designed for warm waters and hot weather only?

There is no lining, just the stretchy material itself which provides sun protection. I would not say it would keep a baby warm, but does a great job protecting delicate skin from the sun in warm weather.

It has a lot of give so buy baby’s age range unless in between ages then go up.
