I've been using this one since I was in my previous work and it works miracle. These bands are stretchy and not difficult to use. Well not disposable but you have 4 extras to use if you need to wash the one you've already used.

They work just fine. Simple and easy enough for anyone to figure out if they have no knowledge of how it's that easy to use.

I love these tourniquets but be very careful when you press that quick release button! I've gotten smacked in the face several times. If you try to pull it too tight, you'll get smacked in the face. For the price, I was very happy. I gave a couple away to friends & I've been using the three I kept for months now & not one has broken.

All Europe uses those but American nurses do not appreciate this design

As a Registered Nurse, I’ve started using these tourniquets to find and palpate veins. This adjustable and buckle feature tourniquet has gotten immediate, and positive feedback from my patients. Instead of the rubber/disposable strap we normally use, this product does NOT pinch hairs nor leave bruising in the mostly healthy adult, in my experience so far. The width of the tourniquet and fabric does not allow for the best vasodilation, compared to the rubber option that turns into a hard string like cord; however, the patient’s comfort and allows for better vein finding due to a less painful experience. Personally, I like to ask what color they would like, to make an unpleasant experience more bearable. I will keep buying until I stop placing IVs
