After going through composition and reviews of several Magnesium Supplements, I settled for this. It is really effective and does help in maintaining a healthy sleep pattern. It is well tolerated and thankfully rid of irritable bowel problems,as common in other Magnesium compounds. The Magnesium content is favourable too. I definitely recommend this product.

It was supposed to mainly affect gut health (better stool) and also improve sleep quality but it had nether of the effect. Plus, the sleep quality went down. I would wake up automatically before mornings and felt drowsy the entire next day. Maybe it just didnt work for me.

I have used healthy hey's magnesium glycinate for sleep ....and after using this I am going back to healthy hey ...healthy hey put me to sleep naturally and I dreamnt after taking that capsule ...but after using nutrijet ...believe me it gave me upset stomach for straight 15-20 days ...it's not citrate it's for sure magnesium oxide they are selling in the name of magnesium citrate.
