I paid full price for this item.This is a well made product, it has at least 2 screens for the filter that appear very high quality filter. I like the stainless steel and construction, no sharp edges, good solid bonds and feels pretty solid. I bought it to replace my French press. It makes just as good coffee with less components. It does not let grounds through to the cup, the filter is very fine. I like the fact that it does not use paper filters.I like the green rubber/silicone edging, protects the fingers from heat when removing the filter.Most of these items sell from 12 to 25 dollars so I think 15 is a fair price especially given the particular quality of the product. Really feels very well made and works well.I will update if there are any issues.I would recommend this product.

I received the filter and all the holes are plugged. So no liquid runs through.Not good!

This makes great coffee, but I'm not sure if I'm using it right. I pour a little water at a time, and then I have to stand there dribbling water in. I'm unclear as to how high up the strainer I can pour it.Also, I have no idea why the green rubber strip is there. It's removable, and honestly, the rim doesn't get hot. I burn easily and don't use it. I think it's shoved in the back of a drawer.My roommate uses a plastic one of these with a paper shield. She said that she hasn't had luck with the mesh metal ones, but this must be a better version because the coffee is quite tasty.I gave it four instead of five stars because it uses far more coffee than other methods. I use two tablespoons for a 10 oz coffee mug. I use four tablespoons for a four cup french press

Okay, so if you like HOT coffee then this is not for you. It strains SOOOO slowly. The water literally is dripping. I timed a mug of coffee the other day (normal sized mug) and it took 13 minutes to fill up the cup. Really?!?! Yes, I stood there and waited and then had to put my coffee in the microwave for a minute to warm it up. I threw this in the camping box and took it out of my kitchen. I wish it worked better because I love the idea of not using paper filters but just too dang slow.

Use it every day. Great durable materials. Fresh cup every time.Took this to the office and they love making fresh coffee. Beats the$5 cups at the counter. You won't be disappointed. I put a filter init which I dispose of , rinse and clean up is a breeze.

The filter part is great and I love that it is reusable. But, the rubber on the base and on the small handle have fallen off. Plus the handle is too small.

Like it. Works great. Price is right. It does feel a bit cheap, but it's a filter. Really really love the bright color option. There's nothing easier to lose in a kitchen than one of these thingies.

I use this to drain off cold brew, it works great, and is super easy to clean. What a great little pour-over adapter.
