I am very pleased with my hair conditioner that I have received as my hair was very brittle and dry. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and found them both to be very good. My hair has a different feel and I can see the difference in just a few washes. I would recommend this product to anyone who has hair loss or thinning. It may not make the hair grow but it does may it feel fuller and I am happy with that.

I love this conditioner. I bought the matching shampoo to go with it. I have extensions, a Brazilian and also colour my hair so need to be careful what products I use. I have found it makes my hair soft and keeps it in good condition. Thank you ArtNaturals, you lived up to expectations!

I love this line of hair products. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 18 months and the difference to the feel and look of my hair is amazing. Unfortunately, I am now a bit upset. After trying many ways to contact both Amazon and this company about my recent issue with no luck I am now putting this on a review in the hope that it is responded to and the way to resolve is published so that anybody with similar issues can resolve them more easily. I ordered 2 bottles of conditioner and 2 body washes at the same time, the body washes arrived but the conditioner did not even though it stated that it was in the same parcel. I had also ordered 2 bottles of shampoo and only one arrived in the parcel despite saying 2. Whilst I feel a bit ripped off about the money as the products are not the cheapest, I am very upset as I am worried about buying the items again in case the same things happen but I have run out of both items now and my hair is looking flat and dull.
