I like this gadget for doing both mani and pedi. The buffers #3, run ragged before the file #1 and smoother #2. At least for me they do. Wish the company would give us the refill options of one each and three of either 1, 2, or 3. I could use more buffers. Oh, and it would be nice if we could have option of recharging via a plug instead of solely by battery. I’ve tested my batteries numerous times over the years ive had this product. I actually have two of them. They started winding down as soon as the battery goes into “weak” status.

This is my second time purchasing the replacement heads. They're so convenient because you can just snap them on to the e-file and it's like a brand new system. They last pretty long too. I appreciate the 3 types of abrasion. Nothing like doing your own professional pedicure at home. I plan to repurchase when these go dull.

It does an okay job filing your nails but the "buffers" don't buff and wear out so quickly that they're just a waste. I thought it was just because I hadn't used a buffer in ages so I bought this refill to give it a go and it still wouldn't bring up a good shine and wore out after doing my nails once!I'm really disappointed. I so wanted this to work. I had something similar years ago and it lasted forever.Also the file vibrates your fingers so much it's hard to see what you're doing as you're filing.I'm returning this product. It's too expensive and wasteful. I'll go back to the good ol' nail buffing blocks.

I have been using this product for several years. Although it has become more expensive lately, I still order it! My nails really shine after I used it.

What the heck did I receive, they look like they came from the reject pile? It looks like the packaging was opened and re-glued back together very sloppy? These were supposed to be new?! When opening them pieces of the file ripped of and stuck to the packaging. The packages also look like they have water damage? What the heck?!

I use the file all the time. The other two not so much. Wish they would sell just the file as it wears out the fastest. Something that Amope should seriously consider.

Although I haven't used these replacement tips yet, they are identical to the originals and in brand new condition. Good price and they were delivered early! Definitely recommend!
