Doctors Recipe is known brand as my wife is already using other probiotic products regularly from same. I was looking for adding Zinc to my diet as was feeling cold from sometime and I would say this one is quite effective based on its high zinc content. It do helps boost my immunity level too.Pills are easy to swallow and it seems to have good ingredients for easy absorption.

I know from reading that zinc is necessary for a healthy immune system ,never more important than now during the pandemic. But what kind of zinc? One thing says zinc picolinate is best, the most beneficial to the body .Another thing says zinc gluconate is the best, the most beneficial to the body. Which one should I buy and use? I solved the problem by finding a supplement that has both. Doctor's Recipe has zinc picolinate and zinc gluconate. No more worries about which form of zinc is best. I've got them both in an easy to swallow vegan capsule. And it's made in the USA! I'm happy.

Bought 240 capsule x 2 bottles on May 13th. Expiration dates on both bottles were October 2025. Only take 1 capsule a day.
