Can this product be used in a frozen Daiquiri machine?

I am not sure about this---but I make frozen drinks in my blender with this. I use 3/4 cup of this and 1/4 cup of strawberry daiquiri mix--1 cup of rum and fill the blender with ice.

What's the shelf life once opened?

I’ve kept it in the fridge after opening & I used it 4 months later and it was fine...

Am I missing something? I don't see a quantity listed. I doubt youre charging 60 dollars for 1 bottle so please list how many are included.
