This review is for the Glucosamine 100mg with Vitamin C Supplement by Healthspan. I received the 320 tablets, in two packets, which will last the best part of a year, so this makes an excellent purchase at the current £20.Healthspan is a reputable brand, that uses top quality ingredients and scientific research to make their vitamins and supplements.These tablets are fairly large but are easy enough to take and I don't find they have an unpleasant taste. Glucosamine is so important for joints, and the added vitamin C also helps to support them.These tablets are especially good as they are vegan, made without the usual shell fish. The brand advises that they are 40% stronger than standard glucosamine tablets and this makes them an excellent choice.They are fast acting and easily absorbed, and though I can't provide any proof of working as it's both subjective and takes a while to feel an overall benefit I have confidence that they are already doing their job.I'm happy with the brand and the tablets and will purchase more once these have run out.

I do like this brand - Healthspan - of supplements and already use other vitamins from their range, as I know they will be of good quality and reasonably priced. I was pleased to receive this item to review for VINE. I was advised by a medical professional that I should consider taking Glucosamine as there is a history of osteoporosis / osteoarthritis on both sides of my family and I should start taking care of my joint health. The pack seems to be good value given there is almost a year's supply of supplements. They are individually wrapped in blister packs to keep them fresh. Unlike other reviewers, I do find these a little hard to swallow as they seem to turn sideways in my throat when I swallow and I have to drink a LOT of water to ensure they do not become blocked. I haven't been taking these long enough to write a comprehensive review of the long term benefits, so I will update this review at a later date.

So, firstly, the packaging decision on these is a bit different. They're provided in a fairly large but thin box and the tablets come in those pop-out packs we've probably all seen before. Now to be fair this means I can put the box in a cupboard and it's mostly out of the way.These tablets, just like many other Glucosamine tablets, are larger than average so if you struggle with swallowing, you're going to need to cut them into two. I'm used to this as I've been taking Glucosamine for years to help with knee injuries.Added Vitamin C is great as Vit C also helps to maintain bones and cartilage.320 tablets = 320 days of supplements. That's almost a year for just over £20. Amazing.

Whilst I don’t claim to be an expert in any supplements, I have been taking Glucosamine for several years and find that they do help with my ageing joints. I usually take the higher strength ones, of which these are an example.There are two things about these tablets which make them stand out for me. Firstly, despite the large size, they have a smooth, rounded exterior which makes them easy to swallow. Secondly, rather than being in a tub, they come in blister packs which mean they are individually sealed, helping to keep them fresh.Pricewise, they are comparable with brands such as Simply Supplements. I can recommend them.

Huge pack of tablets that will last for ages. These are brilliant for any joint problems so I am excited to try these (rotator cuff injury & frozen shoulder which I’ve read these can be helpful for). It’s great to see that they contain vitamin c also which is fab and saves having to take 2 tablets. I shall try to update back with results.My only gripe is the size of these 🙈🙈🙈 I so wish they were smaller.
