The product is from outside UAE, therefore the voltage is 120 and returns to Amazon. Full amount refund to original payment method. Thanks Amazon team.

Incorrect Voltage
Ordered from Amazon.ae. UAE voltage is same as Europe 230V, Amazon sent a US spec 110V toaster. Plugging this in would have caused seriously burnt toast at best, a kitchen fire at worst. Bad service as usual from Amazon UAE.

This toaster outshines and outperforms my other toaster. It’s smaller so takes up less space on the counter. The toasting dial is easy to set. I like the design of the toaster and placement of the buttons to select for what you are toasting. Great job on bagels.

Me pareció excelente, tuve un desayuno y necesitaba tostar pan caluentiti bien, rápido y a mayor volumen fue perfecto. Varios niveles de tosrado y por ambos lados, si me aguantó el ritmi para atender a 4 parsonas

After doing a ton of research to find a toaster that works well, I decided on this one. And I am so very glad I did - it makes the best toast I have ever tasted. I didn't realize that a good toaster could make such a difference in the taste/consistency of a piece of toast. We have had a LOT of toasters in our lives but this one is the best ever!
