These knob type anchors are the answer to anything custom you want to hold down in the back of your Polaris Ranger. The key to any of these anchors is to get them snug in your hand first where you can hold both ends and then when you get them in the hole they will tighten because of the friction against the hole wall. At that point, you can tighten them down so tight that they are not getting pulled out by anything. The construction is heavy duty and I can't see them failing for anything short of some kind of Red Bull Polaris Ranger bungee jump stunt where you use one of the GripPRO anchors as the connection point for the bungee. Heck, use two of them and it might work for that but I don't think they would recommend it. Also, these guys stand behind what they sell. And no I did not get them free for this review, I just believe in the product.

Used two to make a chain saw holder that mounts with the bar outside the bed. Works fine. Need to find a use for the other two.

These are AWESOME!!! At first I thought I had ordered the wrong set for my Ranger because it just fell into the hole on the bed rail. So I held each one in my hands and turned the knob a few times to expand them just a little. Then I attached them to the gun rack base and they fit right in the factory holes. I tightened them down good and we are ready to roll!!! I ordered these because I want to be able to remove the gun rack if we need to. These are going to work GREAT!!!

Complete junk, tighten one down and ended up having to cut it off to get it out. Would not recommend
