It's hard to review a product like this one; I don't know if it's working or not; I've been using it for barely two weeks. Will it work? Maybe, I hope so. What I can say is this: If you are like me then you will hate the taste of this thing and you will be tempted to stop taking it because of the taste alone. This is how I managed to continue taking it despite the taste: The powder will not dissolve in water, so I drop small amounts of it dry inside my mouth and then use water to push it in quickly. The good news is that one end up getting used to the taste and it gets less painful with every dose. And, if what they say about leucine is true, then it's worth it.

People are complaining about the taste (who cares if it works and this product does) Also, people are complaining that it doesn't mix well?, I just dry scoop it and wash it down with a drink of my choosing. Works !

Love this I use this for my Hypertrophy phase and my MD phase "Muscle Definition" I will say that it is not a magic pill you must put in the work and you must have a clean diet! I work out for 2 hrs a day 5 days a week and this has put me up in muscle by 1 .75 inches on my arms I will be Buying more of this for my workouts this is a must have
