This is the 2nd LED UMBRELLA from this company I own. The previous one lasted less than a year before the one of the short ribs came right off and then one of the long ribs that basically hold up the umbrella. However before that I would get compliments on it and people wanted to know where I bought it. I walk my dog even when it's a light drizzle outside so it comes in handy. He loves his walk so we can let light rain stop us! LOL Well I finally had to buy a new one and decided to get this one again in black since it's really the only one I found that has the LED lights exactly how I want them. It really a cute and fund umbrella. Well this new one, the tie wrap was hanging on by a literal thread. It came right off with the plastic wrap it comes in. So I am sending back. Due to the price there is no way I am keeping as is. Other than that the light work perfect and it's overall a nice umbrella that I am sure will serve its purpose for a couple of months.

This is one of those great umbrellas that both works incredibly to keep rain from falling on you and is amazing to shower you with a cascade of lights with an amazing assortment of settings. If you want to give someone a gift of joy that will make "Just Walking in the Rain, Thinking How We Met" are real joy, this is exactly for you. I love this umbrella and the person I gave it to enjoyed it by taking it to the "Festival of Lighters" in her city, where she got lots of smiles and many asking where she found it.It's a deLIGHTful item!!! Hope you'll consider getting it.Just one quick note. It is not a "one touch and open" umbrella. It is a tradition "slide the umbrella open" style.Hope you'll consider this amazing item.

Everything looked good and worked besides the button on the handle was shoved in, I had to pop it out to actually use it and the flashlight on the bottom won't turn on. not sure if the LEDs are out in it or if the clicker doesn't work on it but I'm able to get the top to light up so I'm still happy but was curious to if I can purchase the bottom batter and light piece separately to replace.

The yellow looks like a rich goldenrod color in the photos. It is in fact BRIGHT yellow. I was using it for an art protect so I spray painted it and the lights still shine through.

I was using a screwdriver to unscrew the screws to put in batteries but they easily get put in without any screwdriver needed.

I mostly walk or use public transportation, and in the winter it gets real dark quick, and people drive like complete maniacs, so I wanted to get a "PLEASE DON'T HIT ME WITH YOUR CAR" umbrella, and with all the flashing lights on the canopy and the flashlight in the handle, this was the perfect fit.I was a bit worried about the build quality for the price (expecially the plastic skeleton), but other than the on button for the lights migrating a bit, this inexpensive and awesomely gaudy spectacle of a rain deterrent has been fantastic!It's withstood a pretty good amount of use, some general abuse, and a lot of foul weather and still works perfectly.I will be getting these as gifts for friends in the future.

I was very excited to see the beautiful umbrella that has lights on it but unfortunately after just one use the light button fell off. I wish I can get a replacement of the button for I really like the umbrella. I used it to create a funky umbrella for the Mardi Gras parade.

I love this umbrella BUT - it snapped at the connection tip. Still useable but I have to fix it every time I open my umbrella.
