Nature's Life B-12 Drops, Methlycobalamin 4 oz (2 Fl Oz (Pack of 1))

The flavor is a very artificial-tasting cherry, and kind of strong. It tastes like concentrated cherry drink mix, though, not like cough syrup or anything. I can handle it. No burning flavor as you'd get with alcohol-based liquid.I don't like that the dropper has no indicators. Instead I have to count drops, and I'm not sure about the accuracy of that. It says that 1 dropper = 15 drops, but that depends on how full the bottle is, doesn't it?Assuming that the vitamin content is good, which I have no way of testing, this meets my needs well enough.

my b12 was low about 580 and in 2 months the new high was 1650. I don't have to take it everyday, I missed some days and my number still went up. This works, the taste is good. Remember to hold it under the tongue for the 90 seconds, you will be amazed!

Highly recommend this B-12 liquid! I have the 4oz and the 2oz! Both my husband and I use this daily! I have Hypothyroid so I use 2 droppers throughout my day for more support, one in the morning and one at lunch time. It absorbs much better than capsules or pills of any form. There is NO WAY I would go without B-12 support!!!! There are many types of B-12, Methycobalamin is the best for absorption.

I’m on my second bottle. The flavor is pleasant and it’s easy to take with the eye dropper. This makes it easy to get your quality dose of B12. Best part is you only need to take it once a week.
